Privacy policy
This policy explains what Local Traffic Marketing collects when you visit www.localtrafficmarketing.com, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — not the separate services we run for clients under contract.
Local Traffic Marketing is an Advisor Evolved company. The legal entity responsible for this site is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME AND REGISTERED ADDRESS].
What we collect
Information you give us
This site has no contact form and no accounts. The only place you can submit anything is the booking calendar, which is operated for us by GoHighLevel and embedded from app.advisorevolved.com. If you book a call, the name, email address, phone number and any notes you enter go to that system so we can schedule and prepare for the call. Booking is entirely optional and you can browse the whole site without it.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar identifiers and record technical details of your visit — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, device and browser type, and how you move through the page. Specifically:
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-BDQMDMX4RN), for understanding how the site is used. - Meta Pixel, two pixels, so we can measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and show ads to people who have visited this site.
We do not run any other tracking on this site. Our typefaces are hosted by us rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so viewing the site does not disclose your visit to a font provider.
Embedded third-party content
Two parts of this page load from other companies, and each can see your IP address and set its own cookies when it loads:
- Wistia — the explainer video player.
- GoHighLevel (via app.advisorevolved.com) — the booking calendar.
Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for strategy calls you book.
- To understand which pages and channels bring people to us, so we can improve the site and spend our advertising budget sensibly.
- To show and measure advertising, including advertising to people who have visited this site before.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named in this policy who process it on our behalf, or where we are required to by law.
Your choices
- Cookies. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Doing so will not stop you using this site.
- Google Analytics. Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics on every site that uses it: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Meta. You can control how Meta uses your activity for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
- Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there is no agreed standard for honouring it, so we do not respond to it.
Retention
Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings and defaults of the platforms above. Booking information is kept for [RETENTION PERIOD].
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of its use for targeted advertising. Residents of California and several other US states have specific rights of this kind. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
